How to place a custom jewelry order with us?
This process is primarily for our bridal jewelry department, including rings, earrings, bracelets, dainty pendants, necklaces, etc.
*For custom men's (Hip-Hop) jewelry orders, please call us at (212) 997-0979 and speak with a team member who can assist you with men's jewelry.*
ORDER PROCESS
FROM CAD TO FINISHED PRODUCT
Please copy & paste the following format over text (whatsapp) or email:​
Hi, I would like to create a CAD for the following project - (INSERT JOB NAME OR YOUR STORES ORDER NUMBER):

- Type of metal: (Please list Karat if metal is gold) *We don't process silver orders

- Measurements: (Ring Size, Bracelet length, Necklace length, Earring length, etc.)
​
- Stone millimeter: (Please list exact millimeters for all stones, specify center or side stone measurements for engagement ring. If we are supplying the stones, please indicate as discussed, or let us know to use "best fit" stones according to the design)

- Notes: Please let us know all other details and design aspects you would like to incorporate into the CAD. The more descriptive the better!)
